WHO ARE WE?

Welcome to the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell), a registered student organization under the Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Department of Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi. Established in November 2016 under the esteemed Prime Minister Yuva Scheme, we are dedicated to providing a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs and offering invaluable insights into the world of business. Through a wide range of activities, including seminars, workshops, guest lectures, competitions, and fun events, we strive to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within our college community. Our notable accomplishments include organizing annual events like Egnite and Genesis, where budding entrepreneurs can showcase their ideas and connect with industry professionals. We have also collaborated with renowned companies to organize Intern Street, providing students with numerous internship opportunities. Our start-ups have achieved recognition in the entrepreneurship world, winning multiple B-Plan competitions and securing investments from angel investors. As representatives of E-Cell MLNC, we have proudly represented our college at prestigious institutes such as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, and IIIT Delhi. OUR VISION

E-Cell believes in igniting the entrepreneurial aspect of a student's career disposition. Here at E-Cell, we understand the budding dreams of the youth and make an attempt to give their dreams the initial spark of guidance. We provide our members with a professional environment that can inculcate the culture of the corporate world.

OUR MISSION

Our primary goal is to create ample opportunities for students who have a dream of starting something of their own. We give our members an opportunity to experience what it actually feels like to work on a start-up, and give them practical exposure.

OUR STARTUPS

To foster entrepreneurship on the college campus, E-Cell MLNC has established 5 on-campus business ventures to date, with 3 of them currently in full operation, managed exclusively by our talented members. These start-ups have not only reached the revenue stage but have also recorded significant earnings in the past fiscal years. In a remarkable achievement, one of our start-ups, Resumeing, received a generous funding offer of Rs 10 lakh from an esteemed angel investor during the 2022-23 financial year. This recognition highlights the exceptional potential and innovation present within our entrepreneurial ecosystem.
